There is no late fee. If you are going to be late please communicate with me, I will continue to style clients who have appointments. You will be serviced accordingly.
Cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
NO CALL NO SHOW = Charged 80% + Banned From future appointments

All services include shampoo and blow-drying. Detangling is an additional cost. There is no discount for coming washed and blow-dried, it will help your appointment move faster. If you have other appointments (lash, makeup, etc..) that may overlap or require rushing please book before hair appointment. Styling times may vary for each client, My goal is to service all clients in a timely manner.

No extra guest are allowed Salon space is limited. when arriving to your appointment no kids, spouses or friends (they will be asked to leave). If any circumstances you may need to bring your kid please contact me first.
By booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to be recorded, your image/ likeness may be used for content on Cosmic 9 Beauty social media platforms.
